2nd – 4th September 2011
The Festival this year is to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the club Porsche Car Club GB (1961–2011). The event is to be held at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester.
More information and booking for the event can be found on the Porsche Club Events website.
ClassicLine will be attending the event and hope to see all you Porsche enthusiasts there also!
Update:
The event has been and gone, and we were in full attendance. We did some car spotting, we can’t upload them all, but it just gives you a taste of what was on show.

The wonderful holy grail of Porsche; the GT3 RS.

An immaculate condition Porsche 356. Though I don’t think the same can be said for the one next to it, just in view.

The Porsche Junior tractor brought some contrast to what was on show.
13th – 14th August 2011
This year at the Festival the BMW Car Club is to celebrate the iconic E30 M3’s 25th anniversary (1986–2011)
Prepare yourself for a BMW packed weekend, including:
On Saturday 13th there will be an M Power photo shoot. We are going to reassemble a display of cars to replicate the famous 1990 BMW publicity shot where 66 cars were positioned to produce an overhead view of the M Power “M”. Cars will be assembled and the photo will be taken at 3pm. To be part of this unrepeatable moment book in immediately via the Club Office (you will be asked for contact details, last 7 digits of your chassis number, year, model and colour)
On Sunday 14th we are aiming for the largest ever collection of E30 M3s (including Track and Race Cars) to be displayed in respective model order. We are aiming for 200 cars in the display. Please book now to part of this amazing display. The 02 Register are also celebrating this year; 40 years of 2002tii, Cabrio, CS2000 and 2002 Automatic and 50 years of the New Klasse.
Update:
The event is done and dusted now; it was a wonderful weekend and we even managed to get some car spotting in:

A very nice example of a BMW Alpina D3 Biturbo.

A great looking Mini designed by the big BMW tuners AC Schnitzer.

Still looking great; a Cabriolet version of a BMW 2002.
