If you’re looking for Nissan Figaro insurance then look no further than ClassicLine; your first port of call for anything and everything relating to insuring this little Japanese gem.
We have been covering Figaros for well over a decade and in 2009 went as far as designing a scheme specifically for it. Now most of our specialist schemes encapsulate an entire marque of car, so having a scheme for just one model was a first for us. Shortly after starting the scheme we became the official insurance partner of the Figaro Owners Club, an honour that we still hold to this day.
Due to the popularity of the Figaro skyrocketing, there are now thousands to be seen on the UK roads. We can confidently say they we hold more Figaro business than any other broker in the UK.

Why is our Nissan Figaro insurance scheme so competitive?
Not all companies provide cover for imports which can be limiting. Those companies that can do grey imports are used to the more traditional grey imports: the high performance Japanese cars. We know the Figaro isn’t the same as other grey imports and with the volume of Figaro business that we do it allows us to negotiate better with our underwriting partners. If that wasn’t already good enough, Figaro Owners Club members can enjoy a further 15% off an already competitive premium.
What makes the Nissan Figaro a classic?
Everything. The Nissan Figaro is a small retro car designed by Naoki Sakai, made specifically for the Japanese market. They were made at the Pike factory, which Nissan used for its more niche projects. The Be-1 (1987-88), Pao (1989-91) and S-Cargo (1989-92) were all precursors to the Figaro of which 20,000 were created in 1991.
Despite the limited production number and having never been sold outside of Japan, they have seen a significant rise in popularity in the UK over the past few years and import numbers have skyrocketed.
