You can download many of your ClassicLine Insurance documents and forms online. All the following documents are in PDF format and available for you to view and download. Most of the forms are interactive so you can fill it in on your computer. Upon completion of the document just click the button located towards the bottom of the form and it will automatically attach it to a new email on your desktop email client, or it will give you the option to save it to your computer for you to attach it to an email manually. Continuous Insurance Enforcement (CIE) Important information
A document describing some important information regarding ‘Continuous Insurance Enforcement’ (CIE); a new initiative led by the Motor Insurers’ Bureau
and DVLA to reduce the number of vehicles being driven on UK roads without Insurance.
ClassicLine Breakdown Policy
Does your policy include our breakdown service? All of the terms and conditions of the service provided by Equity Red Star are listed in this document. Our standard breakdown cover is for roadside assistance and recovery, but the cover extends to include Home Start and EU Breakdown cover. Please refer to your schedule of insurance to see what you’re covered for.
Vehicle Valuation Form (Interactive)
Vehicle over 5 years old? Then your vehicle more than likely can have an agreed value put on the policy. If your vehicle is under £20,000 in value then fill out this form and either get an independent specialist to agree the value on the vehicle for no extra fee. Or for an additional fee of £20 the vehicle can be agreed in-house at ClassicLine. If the vehicle is over £20,000 in value then it will need to be agreed by an independent specialist, but again this is done at no extra fee from ourselves.
Mileage Declaration (Interactive)
Just taken out a limited mileage policy? Then you’ll need to fill out this declaration form to say what mileage your vehicle is starting out the policy year on.
Change of Vehicle Mileage Declaration (Interactive)
Swapping over a vehicle mid-policy? This declaration is to note the mileage of the previous vehicle and the new vehicle at the time of the swap over.

Nissan Figaro Immobilisation Declaration (Interactive)
If you haven’t got any documentation to evidence there being an immobiliser fitted, then we’d just like one extra form filled in as a declaration that an immobiliser is indeed fitted to the vehicle.

NSRA Valuation Form (Interactive)
With the NSRA an agreed value is not optional, it’s essential. This is the basis of what all NSRA premiums are calculated, it’s our most simple and transparent scheme. Just fill out the above form and send it on to Maurice Takoor at the club.
NSRA Immobilisation Declaration (Interactive)
To help keep the worst from happening we like to know what theft deterrents are currently equipped on the vehicle. This form is simply a declaration of what’s there.
NSRA Mileage Declaration (Interactive)
One last bit of paperwork. Just a simple statement of what your odometer is showing on your vehicle, whether it’s working or even if it’s faulty.
