You can download many of your ClassicLine Insurance documents and forms online.  All the following documents are in PDF format and available for you to view and download. Most of the forms are interactive so you can fill it in on your computer. Upon completion of the document just click the button located towards the bottom of the form and it will automatically attach it to a new email on your desktop email client, or it will give you the option to save it to your computer for you to attach it to an email manually. Having any problems? Just print it off and pop it in the post to our offices address.

Agreed Value

Agreed Value FormIf your vehicle is eligible for an agreed value then fill out our online form and either get an independent specialist to agree the value, or for an additional fee of £20 the vehicle can be agreed in-house at ClassicLine. If the vehicle is over £100,000 in value then it will need to be agreed by an independent specialist.

NSRA Agreed Value FormWith the NSRA an agreed value is not optional, it’s essential. This is the basis of what all NSRA premiums are calculated, it’s our most simple and transparent scheme. Just fill out the above form and send it on to Maurice Takoor at the club.
