Customer Service Executive

Hinckley, Leicestershire

£16,000 basic, OTE up to £25,000

An independently owned classic and prestige car insurance broker are looking to add to their customer services department. We have been trading for over 30 years and pride ourselves on exemplary customer service, industry knowledge and competitive products. Throughout the years weve established close relationships with our insurance providers and offer a tailor made service.

The role:

  • To effectively sell tailored bespoke insurance policies whilst offering the highest level of customer service
  • To efficiently respond to client requests relating to their insurance policies
  • Building rapport to develop relationships
  • Answering inbound calls and answering any queries
  • Making outbound calls to customers verifying all customer information
  • Identify the client requirements and fulfil their needs.

The candidate:

  • Driven and self motivated attitude to sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence others
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Confident telephone manner
  • An ambitious candidate who will strive to hit monthly sales targets
  • Commitment to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Take responsibility to enhance product knowledge and understand all products offered
