Please refer to your insurance companies policy wording and use the contact details listed in the complaints section.
When contacting the insurer please quote your insurance document number in any communication, which is shown on either your certificate of insurance or schedule. If the complaint is regarding a claim please quote your claim number if known.
Should you remain dissatisfied with the response that you receive from your insurer or us
If you’re still dissatisfied with the response that you have received, you may if you wish refer your complaint to Lloyd’s of London if the insurer is a Lloyd’s syndicate. Lloyd’s will investigate the matter and provide a final response.

If you are not happy with the way Lloyds handle the complaint or if your insurer is not a Lloyd’s syndicate then you can refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You can find information about the Financial Ombudsman Service on their website.
