Should you wish to complain about ClassicLine

Should you wish to complain about your insurance policy, or the insurance company

Please refer to your insurance companies policy wording and use the contact details listed in the complaints section.

When contacting the insurer please quote your insurance document number in any communication, which is shown on either your certificate of insurance or schedule. If the complaint is regarding a claim please quote your claim number if known.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the response that you receive from your insurer or us

If you’re still dissatisfied with the response that you have received, you may if you wish refer your complaint to Lloyd’s of London if the insurer is a Lloyd’s syndicate. Lloyd’s will investigate the matter and provide a final response.
