What to do if you breakdown
ClassicLine Rescue operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our trained staff are equipped with the most up-to-date mapping technology and computers to provide a fast and efficient service.
If your vehicle breaks down you must call the 24-hour Rescue Control Centre using the corresponding number on the your contacts page. Our trained staff will deal with your request quickly.
Please have the following information available when you phone:
- Your name and document number.
- The phone number (including the area code) you are calling from.
- The location of the broken-down vehicle, including road numbers or names and landmarks.
- The registration number, make, model and colour.
Please stay with your vehicle until a rescue vehicle arrives.
Note: Remember to keep all your vouchers, invoices and receipts and other documents, which may be relevant to your claims.
