We were excited to join Gary and the Coleshill Auto Breakfast Meet team for their ‘Big Day Out’ on Sunday 24th June. And what a great event it was! Held within the grounds of Birch Coppice Miners Welfare Centre near Dordon, Staffordshire, the venue is perfect for the event with a good-sized flat field and a welcomed hard standing area to accommodate the motorcycles.

Coleshill Auto Breakfast Meet is held on the third Sunday of the month during the summer, but once a year there is a special event to celebrate the club and its members. This year, there was a fantastic display from the Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes team who is Coleshill Auto Breakfast Meets’ chosen charity for the year, along with some retired fire engines and classic trucks. But the most important ingredients for any motoring event are the vehicle owners and their cars, and we were certainly not disappointed! There were more than 300 cars in attendance with a mix of hot rods, classics, Americans, classic Fords, Minis, VW’s, classic Vauxhalls and 80’s & 90’s hot hatches. Together with entertainment, traders and attractions to keep everyone busy, the show ground was a sight to behold for any car fan.

We’re looking forward to be back out again with the Coleshill Auto Breakfast Meet later in the year. If you fancy going along to one of their events, please feel free to check out their website.
