Mustangs Supercharged at Brooklands Museum on Saturday 26th April 2025 was another resounding success, with American cars in their hundreds, live entertainment for the whole family, and test hill exhibition runs, all set within the historic grounds of one of the world’s most renowned heritage motoring venues.
As an American car insurance specialist, ClassicLine Insurance were delighted to be there, supporting Mustang and American car owners with live insurance quotations and cherished vehicle insurance expertise.
The recent weeks have been busy for the ClassicLine team as we start the season attending classic car shows and events across the country. So it was another early start for Lee and Adam, and oh boy, was it worth it! What a great show to tick off the list, hosted in association with the fantastic folk at the Surrey Mustang Owners Club.
Following the successes of the Sixty Years of Mustang event in 2024, the show returned to this iconic venue and was packed with a huge collection of Ford Mustangs, classic American vehicles, famous cars seen on the big screen, British Street Rods and American race cars. Surrey Mustang Owners Club members turned up in full force, joined by other enthusiasts proudly displaying their cherished classics.
Brooklands Museum is the perfect place to host such an event. There is a real sense of history as you drive through the entrance and see the famous banked circuit. As soon as we set up, we had the chance to explore the grounds and soak in the growing atmosphere as the cars were arriving. It’s not just classic cars on show; there is a great collection of classic bikes on display in the café and of course the iconic Supersonic Jet, BAC Concorde.
Mustangs Supercharged was a vibrant celebration of American automotive culture, and it was great to catch up with old clients and meet plenty of new clients throughout the day. We can’t wait for 2026!
