Time has flown by this year, it really feels like this summer only came to visit us very briefly. We were just looking back at some of the venues and shows we were privileged to attend this year and we thought we had to revisit this year’s NSRA Hot Rod Super Nationals show that was held at Old Warden near Biggleswade on 11-13 August 2017.
This year’s show had some extra special features to it, the first extra special bit was that the European Street Rod Event (ERSA) was also held at the same venue from 10-13th August and we had more of our European hot rodders visit us and second extra special bit was that the Larry Grobe aka Voodoo Larry spent all weekend at the show spending time with the NSRA committee and the NSRA members. We also have it on great authority that Larry also jammed with one of the bands on Saturday evening and his performance was received very well by the crowd.
From a rainy start to a glorious sunny final day the whole show was an awesome success, we have never seen so many people visit the show on the Sunday (the secret is out of good this show really is!). This show is a must for all petrol heads, our thanks go to the Committee and the NSRA team for organising this fantastic event and allowing us to attend.
