We have today announced a new partnership deal to provide specialist, quality insurance cover to The Independent Porsche Enthusiasts Club (TIPEC).
The independent, not-for profit club offers a wide range of social events to Porsche owners and enthusiasts including drives, trackdays and meets throughout the UK and Europe. Originally launched in 1993 by Gary Downes to support 924/944 owners the club has matured over the years and today welcomes owners of all Porsche models to its ranks.
We are thrilled to have been chosen as the preferred insurance partner for TIPEC.
Ian Fray, managing director at ClassicLine said “We are thrilled to have been chosen as the preferred insurance partner for TIPEC. It’s a really exciting year for Porsche enthusiasts with this year being the 40th anniversary of the launch of the 924. With thirty years’ experience of providing specialist classic car insurance we know the market and we are really pleased to be able to offer our services and support to club owners of other models too.”
Offering insurance cover, competitive premiums and quality customer service ClassicLine is one of the largest classic vehicle insurance brokers in the UK.
Fray added “We’ve tweaked and honed our scheme to have features and benefits that specifically appeal to Porsche owners. We have a single scheme that accommodates every Porsche from the ever-popular 944 and 911s, through to the rarer sights of the 918 and Carrera GTs.”
Featured benefits of the ClassicLine policy include an independent valuation and free insurance cover for all TIPEC hill climb and sprint events.
