ClassicLine’s first outdoor show of the season saw us travel to the picturesque grounds of Burghley Hall, Stamford. It is a show that we have always looked forward to as it always sets the season off in style. As expected in April, the forecast leading up to the event was indifferent to say the least so jackets and umbrellas were at the ready. But to our delight, the weather was glorious sunshine from start to finish. After setting up early, we were able to enjoy the view of TVR’s arriving though the entrance gates and snaking across the grounds before settling in position in the show field.
As ever, there was a fantastic array of TVR vehicles on show. From Griff’s to Cerberas, T350’s to Tuscans, as well aa Chimaera’s celebrating their 30th anniversary, the field was alive with the roar of engines and the smell of petrol. Due to our long standing relationship with the TVR Car Club, attending this event allows us to catch up with existing customers and meet new owners to really showcase what ClassicLine can offer.
After a successful day, we packed away and headed home. We’re ready for a busy show season and look forward to meeting everyone again after a couple of quiet years. The next event in this part of the country that you can catch us at is the National Hot Rod, Custom and American Car Show at Peterborough Arena on the 28 & 29 May 2022.
