The annual Hinckley BID Motorshow is a firm favourite on the ClassicLine calendar. Hosted in our hometown of Hinckley, the event welcomes classic and vintage vehicles in their masses, as well as modern marques of special interest, for a great day out that is free for all to attend. As usual, Hinckley BID did a fabulous job of creating another great classic car show.

We got into town early Sunday morning to set up and were greeted with a dry warm autumn morning, and plenty of owners queuing to put their cars on display. With the famous purple ClassicLine gazebo up promptly, we decided to take advantage of watching the town fill up with classic cars and eager visitors. Although by 9am, the good old British weather meant had to take refuge but by half 11, the clouds cleared and everyone who had come to see the cars could really begin to enjoy the event.

With over 600 cars on display around the town, there was certainly lots to see so if you are an admirer of classics, supercars, classic motorbikes, and steam engines you wouldn’t have been disappointed with what was on show. Trophies were awards by the show organisers including Best Car in Show, Special Vehicle Award, and to the Best Turned Out Driver and Crew.

We would like to say thank you to Hinckley BID for inviting us to the event and just ask you all to keep an eye out for next year’s event.

Enjoy the photos!
