Classicline was invited to spend drive it day at the new Rootes Archive Centre Trust building in the lovely picturesque location of Wroxton (just outside of Banbury). The trust has not long moved into their brand new purpose built new building and it was decided to combine drive it day along with their grand opening. We must say that we were really fortunate to be invited along to this great occasion, there was a great presence from all of the ARCC member clubs and it was lovely to see and meet so many of the members. There was a very impressive display of cars on show and one of the high lights for us was that there was also some fantastic trucks on display that really gave the show a different look. The most memorable part of the day was the grand opening of the trust’s building and that Lord Nick Rootes and the Rev Bill Rootes we involved in the celebrations of the opening of this fantastic facility.

A special thanks goes out to the trustees of The Rootes Archive Centre and the Members of the ARCC that made such a great day very special.
