The ClassicLine team was back on the road as we headed along to the ClassicLine sponsored, Classic and Performance Motor Show, on Sunday 17th July 2022 held at the stunning Wentworth Woodhouse. Despite being one of the hottest days of the year, the classic and performance vehicle owners were certainly not put off, and for our first visit to Wentworth Woodhouse, we were excited to see what the day would bring. So, we are pleased to report that the day was a great success! The variety of cars on show, the gorgeous weather, and the stunning historic backdrop were truly a sight to behold. Check some of the photos to see what we mean!

We arrived early on the day to make the most of the cooler air and were rewarded by seeing the show vehicles drive past our stand at the main entrance. Once the day kicked off, the chatting and mingling began, and although hot, everybody was happy to speak to us. We’d like to say a big thank you to the enthusiastic owners who took the time to show us around their cars.

The Supercar section took pride of place in front of the house. With Ferrari’s, McLarens, Porsche GT3’s, and even a Lamborghini SV, the array of cars on display here was spectacular. The main show field was bustling with classic car clubs from many of the cherished marques including Mercedes, Jaguar, Triumph, BMW, TVR, and Toyota MR2. The owners’ sections featured some standout cars too from a variety of eras including a Sierra Cosworth, Mustang Mach 1, a Renaultsport Megane R26, Focus RS, Lotus Elise, Morris Minor, and Astra GTE to name but a few. But it was the gorgeous Ferrari 255 that really caught our eye.

This show really did have it all, and a great day was had by all! We hope to see you there next year.

The ClassicLine team will be back on the road on Sunday 24th July 2022 for the Nostalgia Show at Leicestershire’s Beaumanor Hall. If you are heading along, please do say hello to our team.
