The National Street Rod Association was back at the track for another great Hot Rod Drags. The NSRA’s Hot Rod Drags features an exciting mix of pre-1973 hotrod run what ya brung, classes racing, and a show and shine display. Even though there were other major events taking place on the same weekend, including the Goodwood Revival, this did not hamper attendance or the atmosphere.

On the track, the highlight of the weekend had to be the first Outlaw Anglia making a 6-second pass. The first run was 6.97 seconds, which was then backed up and the best of three runs achieving an outstanding 6.88 seconds. The competition has definitely got hotter for 2022…

The show and shine area formed the hub for the weekend and featured and a great selection of hotrods, street rods, and custom cars. The NSRA team were also kept busy picking cars for the Dirty Dozen trophies. Awarded to those who have entered into the spirit of the event and run the quarter mile, this year’s winners included a 351 Cleveland powered Ford Pop, a 1927 Ford Model T Roadster, a Hillman Husky, and a speedy Fiat Topolino. Congratulations to all this years winners!
