The 26th annual NSRA Nostalgia Nationals took place on the 10-12 May 2019 at the events new home of Santa Pod Raceway.

With the event being earlier in the year, the weather can be hit or miss. However, with the rain keeping to the evenings, there was plenty of track action for all to see!

The event was well supported with a great mix of nostalgia hotrod ‘run what ya brung’ and class racing. The new and improved track is certainly aiding the runs, with new PB’s being set by the Outlaw Anglia class. We particularly enjoyed watching the Modified 100e Challenge – it’s great to see so many Ford 100e’s on the track and having fun!

On Sunday the pit area was used as an informal show ‘n’ shine area. A favourite of ours was the 1953 Ford F100 pickup with a lacquered patina finish – a great looking American car.

Well done to Alan and the NSRA team for putting on another great event!

If you enjoyed this year’s NSRA Nostalgia Nationals we would love to hear from you.
